Tonight sees the 75th edition of the British Academy Film Awards and whilst Spider-Man: No Way Home received no love, the franchise has been nominated for various awards in the past. There's no love for either Andrew Garfield or Tom Holland's solo runs as Peter Parker here, but we'll break down the rest below!

It's not real surprise to find out that the massively divisive third film in Sam Raimi's trilogy failed to score any Oscar nominations, but the BAFTAs still recognised the film for its impressive visual effects. The visuals for the Sandman earned huge praise at the time and even 14 years later, they were unable to better it in Spider-Man: No Way Home, with some even saying he looks even worse now than he did in 2007.
Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse picked up Best Animated Film at both the Oscars and the Golden Globes so it's to the surprise of no one that the film earned the same achievement at the BAFTAs as well.
With the sequel releasing in cinemas this October, we'll have to wait until next year to see if Miles Morales and company can make it two for two!
Avengers: Endgame (2019)

The last time Peter saw his fellow Avengers (unless you count Doctor Strange, who's not officially an Avenger... yet) was also the last time any film involving Spider-Man recieved any recognition from the Oscars, Golden Globes or BAFTAs. The film picked up yet another Best Special Visual Effects nomination (making that 5 in total), this time losing out to 1917.
Do you think the likes of Morbius and Kraven the Hunter will manage to get recognised by the BAFTAs next year? Or are Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Parts 1 & 2) the only realistic chance a Spider-Man movie has of recieving awards recognition in the near future? Let us know below!
